Story time:
When I sold my mothers house, the place I grew up from the age of 5, the real estate agent said you will need to put bars here, and the slats on the bannister are too far apart you need to do something with that. Why. Well some kid will stick his head between the bars, and this landing needs a rail on it so some kid will not fall off. Hell in 1972 I fell off that landing landed on the console TV and split my lip, I learned not to do that again. Well yea, but that was then and now you must have those things in place. Guess that explains a great deal with the stupidity of the current mess we are in. She did not like me much and she requested I change agents, after changing I sold the house in a week.
Real estate agents are nothing but a huge scam, and not really sorry if that fits what some here do for a living. You show a house, you unlock a door and how many thousands do you get for that. You don't do crap, the title companies do all the hard work.

At about 5 minutes, the signs of life begin to appear with the tail movement. Then about 8 minutes the rat emerges from the rat zapper.
Yea I don't think that has a good sure fire way of killing.....really anything. Now if you want to be an internet star and play with a microwave transformer you likely could work up something that will kill anything on the planet dead without tripping your 15a breaker I have a feeling that can be done. I am sure the youtube guy electroboom has done something along these lines, if not he has shown many times just how much "juice" you can take and keep on ticking.
Personally I think it would smell pretty bad if it actually worked.
Get a 5 gal bucket, a hunk of 2x4 for a ramp up to the top, a dowel rod long enough to span the bucket and fairly thick, old curtain rod works well, and a paper towel card board spool, put the spool through the rod, and in the middle of the bucket, smear peanut butter on the spool and go inside for the day. In the morning if you have mice you will find them all in there. Up end them in a plastic bag and into the creek with them. Most easy way.
If only one or two and you feel sporty, you can toss them out and shoot them. I can tell you a 410 from 1' will make a field mouse vanish.
I have always wanted to do that. Here across the highway there is a "cattle factory". Friend and I got permission to go in with air rifles and shoot starlings, and other specific "pest" birds. Just don't scare the cows and don't damage anything. We has to show them we could shoot and how loud the rifles are.
Several years ago the place was sold and they wanted to increase the size to over 9k head. People around here had a fit, farms not factories signs in every yard. Our AG worked some magic to make it happen, that AG is now in DC and making a name for himself. Not a fan, I know his real nature, same as everyone else in DC.
I think that would be fun.
