Did not know that various snakes inhabit these holes. Being in Texas, I always thought that the holes where dug by armadillos. Perhaps they are and the snakes move in later.

Anyway, I've always liked the Indigo snakes. Back in the 70's when I started learning about snakes, Indigos were one of my favorite.

Big rattle snake too. Not sure that one would have escaped a few rounds had I happened upon it...

Use to find them in irrigation pipe when moving out of the pile.

Nope. Rather tell my wife I'm cheating.
 
So are they going to use a really big extension cord for the aircraft carriers, or recycled Tesla battery packs? Either way, it's going to somewhat hamper their ability to move around the world.
