We have hundreds of low bush blueberries in the woods here and some cultivated high bush in our little orchard. They are already coming out with some close to ripe! Birds get the vast majority but we have plenty to share.
Well, the short version is that my department was placed under a different umbrella of administration. A dude in upper admin who is a classic F up/meddler tried to change some things that would upend all of the hard work done to make my department EXTREMELY successful and place the burden for another department’s lack of success on it.

There are "real" versions, but I bought a cheapo chinese Amazon and so far it has worked great. This gizmo falls into the "where have you been all my life" area of tools.
If you work on shit you will come across a stuck bolt, you get to each one of these steps and I personally have done all of them.
Issue with the "blue wrench" is well fire, and that can be a bit of an issue in some places.
When I got the induction heater I was like this thing can't work, so I heated up just a loose bolt, WOW, smokin in no time. Ok lets see if this works for real. Rusted wheel nut on an 8n that likely has not been off in 80 years, sure enough right off.
One word of warning however, it is just like the blue wrench, so don't use it to take off rusted spring shackle bolts, that rubber shit will smoke like a mother fucker.....for fucking days if you are stupid like me.
