I know this isn't motivational to some. I've cut way back on even diet drinks since...the thing some of yall heard about.

The Pyramid is upside down. There should be a Log Cabin underneath it. The TeePee is easiest and effective but I prefer the Pyramid, in correct form, if I have the time to build it.
Diet Dew was my soda of choice for……a long time.
I quit them about 6 weeks ago, within days I could tell a marked difference in my stiffness and arthritis. I plan to leave them alone.
