I know this isn't motivational to some. I've cut way back on even diet drinks since...the thing some of yall heard about.
Wife called me from the Crapmart other day.
"They got a new Dew Zero.....summer freeze. Its got a wild red white and blue man thing on it."

"WTF?"

Diet Dew was my soda of choice for……a long time.

I quit them about 6 weeks ago, within days I could tell a marked difference in my stiffness and arthritis. I plan to leave them alone.

That's the way I do it. And the neighbors give me strange looks.

Actually, reminds me of a joke about what people are sensitive about. A guy could walk naked down the street with a gun in his hand. 50 people will call 911. 49 of them will not mention the gun. No, the free willie swinging in the breeze trumps all of them.

So, now that we think about it, that might be a way to startle the enemy.
