Seeing more and more of them in the San Juan's. A couple of years ago was fishing Trout Creek just outside of Creede and the was a mature bull not 50 yards away from where we were wading. Just glad he didn't get thirsty and come down for a drink.

How's the Trooper on the trails?
It was amazing actually, that was taken at Elephant Hill trail, thinking it was an easy trail…… no. It was a level 4 trail lol. It did really well, 4:56 gears and posi rear end, never needed lockers.

Wrong video before, this is a random video of the trail. Video doesn’t do it justice

Any of you folks in Alaska familiar with the ferry system… been messing around trying to plan a motorcycle ride from VT to Deadhorse without riding through Canada.

Ferries are the answer. But the routes are hard to figure out…

    Awesome pix in this thread!

There is some cool geological shit in Canada if you can ship the artillery to AK to meet you there.

I already posted this in another thread but I think it belongs here as well. Daughter took it the other evening above Twin Lakes on the Umpqua National Forest.View attachment 8157729
Twin lakes? This looks just like twin lakes in the Shasta/Trinity national forest. Grand daughters at Tamarack lake near Twin lakes (Shasta/Trinity)

Dang, that hobby looks more expensive than guns. Then there's the helo to get it out.

    It wasn't a cheap hobby.

Getting it out was actually pretty amazing. Used my winch, you can see it in the pic, and another Jeep's winch from behind. Tightened both and it flipped it in place. Amazingly little damage, mostly the fabric on the speaker bar, and I drove it out and finished the week, Easter Jeep Safari. The roll was on 4WheelerTV as well. We did this run specifically for 4WheelerTV.
