{Daniels, an admitted habitual marijuana user, was arrested in April 2022 after police searched his car and found marijuana and two loaded firearms. He was convicted in July 2022 and sentenced to nearly four years in prison and three years of probation — a conviction the 5th Circuit panel has now thrown out.

I think this is it. A little long but interesting to listen to his take.I saw an interview with him about this event. And he has a good legal ground to stand on, too. Bravo, I hope he sues the crap out of them.
"I sued the cops and then I got high...."
I don't think I'm aware of this law. Please explain. He still illegally disposed of the “legal” firearm. That is kinda like a double negative

Is it possible to hoard guns?Interesting.. found this one but it's a state level law. No mention of federal. https://www.johntumeltycriminaldefense.com/blog/unlawful-disposition-of-firearm/
Only ever got rid of one gun.. on here actually. I'm either a hoarder or just need more guns.
Register as democrat, and make political donations. The more you give, the more protection you have. This two tiered justice system is really sweet. Anyone have any idea how to switch?
