Shot a doe Friday during an early anterless hunt. Put 6.5lbs of meat in the dehydrator for jerky and getting ready to soak some backstrap and pork tenderloin for Canadian bacon.
6 1/2 lbs of meat turns out to be a few ounces of jerky. Maybe I’m too excited about this?
