We know Kevin McCarthy had promised Brandon that he was not ever going to be impeached for any reason under his speakership. So, Mr. Mike "Doing the will of God" Johnson, why in just a little over one week you went from saying there was enough to proceed with impeachment to the this BS...was it massive bribes you received, death threats, or both? NOW we know why they let you be Speaker too.
The Republicans might be taking a tactical approach on this. Seems unlikely based on recent performance. With Biden in office the democrats are almost forced to run him as their presidential candidate, with Biden out it would allow them to bring in Newsom or Big Mike and it would be on the Republicans.
