The Republicans might be taking a tactical approach on this. Seems unlikely based on recent performance. With Biden in office the democrats are almost forced to run him as their presidential candidate, with Biden out it would allow them to bring in Newsom or Big Mike and it would be on the Republicans. They are still going to run the steal but it starts to smell pretty bad when you have a natural born loser winning again. Just based on the economy alone Biden is a loser, no one recovers from this kind of mess.
