Put one of these port buffers on it and it won't throw the brass as far and will stop the dent where the brass hits the back of the ejection port. I had one on my HK91 and it worked well.

I looked it up. My 91 has a welded Pic rail where that would snap over 😭

I have seen case deflectors that attach to the pic rail and are adjustable. I don't remember who makes them.

Edit: I can't find the pic rail deflectors. RTG Parts carries these HK deflectors but they have to be tig welded on. Not a big deal for someone that is going to get drunk and rattle can their gun.

Aussie Air Force 1972 - 1998, deployed to many airconditioned hotels around the world, and many places of a much lower standard. Ran in to many Marines and other services and drunk chicks, had bruises on my fists and face and other damage to my dick but mainly good memories of the people back then.
Ate lots of mud and sand but never developed a taste for crayons, heard something about them stunting growth??

I've never quit a job because the work was too hard. It was always to leave bad management.
Self employment has the worst management. My boss is the biggest asshole I have ever worked for. Demands all the overtime required to get the job done, Doesn't pay on a schedule and the bastard sleeps with my wife

High mileage C6s were famous for wearing through the forward clutch plate splines that drove the forward ring gear. The facings of the clutch plates would still be in decent shape.
My problem was the seal on the fwd clutch piston. Pretty much the very last thing to come out of the case, on a spring loaded piston held down with a pretty stout snap ring. 1972 ford f150 with a 360. I had to bum a ride with one of the hotel workers and rented a transmission jack. Bought a creeper, fluid, and overhaul kit at Napa.
