It's a Frazier Johnson.
You couldn't give me a new Trane. Nor would I ever install one for a customer. Well, maybe Cooper
we were talking about one that looked about 40 years old...
so, new is out of the question. My buddy who did AC, said that Trane went to hell when they started to manufacture parts outside of the US (among other things).
I had a 3.5 ton Trane that was running great, at 30 years old plus. In 20 years that I had it, the heat pump only needed a new fan motor and 1 capacitor.

""A lead tank (1st Century AD), found in Pompeii in Villa Arianna, to which water was supplied via a single pipe, and from there it was directed to different parts of the house through two other pipes, capacity of which could be regulated using valves. The tank was above ground level, so it was visible. That's why it gained decoration. Even technical devices had to have an appropriate appearance back then.""

Ticonderoga, she dominated line honors from the year she was built until the mid 1960’s. Still Magnificent as she sails approaches 90 years on the oceans.

I used to want to sail. Then high end audio taught me to hate wires, cables, and anything that could kink or snarl. Nice photo though.
