Believe me, when I worked as a CO in a relatively small town/county, even an attempted hanging/suicide, the paperwork, computer entries, written statements, were long, very exacting, and time consuming. Emergency personnel, if called to respond, turned statements in to the jail Administrator/Sheriff. There's a record, plus video. Oh...wait...
