Placing corn piles is illegal in most states, however guarding my winter supply of corn in food safe plastic containers is not.
Almost positive none were APU, at least none in the AF were. They were capable of doing a cartridge start. They are like a giant blank cartridge which is ignited and generates gas to spin the engine for start.

When we are harvesting,,, our goal is to complete the task at hand with no casualties…we spill corn or beans, that goes with the job… we don’t do it on purpose!! It’s money.. but shit happens. We have to get the crops out… if we are done before deer season… we get to hunt those old bucks with the nice rack that we have been chasing out of the crop fields during harvest…. if the crops are not finished.. we work on….So.. if we harvest a nice.. and I mean nice buck… it is not because we are hunting over a corn pile…..It is because we have completed the harvest of our crops… if they are eating at a corn pile.. they are fare game…they still eat the same and look the same..Yep, that's how lazy people that don't know how to hunt do it.
