Anvil 30 adapter?

I’m looking for suggestions about an adapter for an Anvil 30. I searched Mid-west off-road and he hasn’t been on here in a while, guess he’s out of the business. Does anybody know of another maker? This is going on an Artcise/innorel tripod if that matters.

If it takes the same apex plate as a vortex/leofoto I can explain a solution that takes no adapter.
