I mean without that tarp they were supposed to repair (my understanding is that's why it was out of service) they may have had all their water evaporate back into the atmosphere and cause RAIN somewhere else on the Earth. Sheesh man!!! Best that they didn't fill it and have natural evaporative loss - I'm sure neither you nor I can understand that it's better to have metric (or Imperial) shit tons of "untaxed carbon" and toxic metals burning up and going into the atmosphere than treated water.
Do these sleazebag "officials" and gov "spokespeople" ever realize that a very large percentage of people do not believe a thing they say, and only listen/watch their press conferences to go AGAINST their advice and draw conclusions based on the opposite of what they say?
