ok, Lots of stuff happened, good background..
but here's my opinion on just one small part.... The parents have a custodial order. Now, some states take custody agreements seriously, and some states like MI, well, they don't.
If there is an agreement and agreed time; ONE parent doesn't get to say, "hey, I'm going to keep the kid longer".. ah fk' no, that's not how it works.
Father is in the wrong here. When a MALE parent that starts 'disregarding' the law and police have to show up, bad things will happen to the man. The MAN is causing the issue, shit's gonna happen. Men have NO rights in Family Court. Lawyers and Judges will tell you that the law is blind. The law is blind, towards men and their rights. Men and women ARE treated differently in Family Court!!
You don't have the right to send an email and state, I'm keeping the kid, come back later.
Then the father says, you are harassing us. No, she's just there to get their kid (so she can exercise her part of the pararenal agreement)

Remember a few years ago, when the father showed up to get his kid on Christmas and the mother refused. I believe the father got shot and killed by the 'boyfriend'.

As for the rest, that's some fk'd up shit.
When they asked for his daughter, he should of said, NO, I'm not giving or releasing her to you. Mom should of held baby, and refused to give it to CPS. Most states can't 'take' a kid without papers, BUT, if they show up and 'Ask' for the kid and you give them the kid,, well, you fell into the trap. If they were after the father, state will use excuse, kid was in danger or some crap. If mom was holding it, baby wasn't in 'immediate' danger. Lawyers can argue this one. It's a tricky and slippery slope.
Was that the mother of infant at 2:44 in the video?

I guess that's the idea. Bill passed 20 years ago and they're still dicking around with it.

In theory it's supposed to be harder to get a real id than a driver's license but when I my current TDL expired and I renewed it by mail the new one had the little gold star logo on it.

Supposedly any TDL renewed after 2016 is Real ID compliant but i don't know if that means just the ID is compliant or the process implemented to obtain the ID is compliant.

I didn't have to show a passport or a birth certificate that I recall for renewal, maybe I showed a birth certificate when I moved to Texas but that was before CDs replaced cassettes or the Clapper so memory fails.

I tend to think if you were here illegally and got a driver's license before 2016 then it gets renewed as a Real ID automatically.

Been a helluva busy week at work. This morning as I was heading back home from a couple of overnight pallet load runs I was fast asleep on the train. Train stopped and was held at DeKalb Ave waiting for a connection with a Q express on the other side when the tail end of a LOUD argument between a HUGE black tranny and some gangsta dude on the platform outside with the black tranny yelling "EAT MY PUSSY YOU FAGGOT!" shook me awake. The car I was in was fairly occupied with every seat taken.

Me (groggily): "Um... Okay? If you insist... Anybody got barbecue sauce?"

My row of seats and the opposite row all burst out laughing, with some guys going "Ayeee YO!"... The next few stops we were all just talking about the nutcases running around in the city. LOL. Glad to turn something mildly absurd into a comedy and make some folks' day more lively.

BTW, how far up that thing went anyways? It was no different than a model rocket with all deployment and ejection systems timed and controlled. Nobody had a button to touch or lever to press in that capsule. Straight up, ejection, parachute release, and down. All a publicity stunt. They were reportedly saying "WE CAN SEE THE MOON!" in a Post article from this morning. Muthafucka I can also see the Moon right now, from my kitchen window. Holy fuk... :ROFLMAO:
