Hey all,

I posted these up seperately, but figured this might be easier.

I have 2 silencers sitting at my FFL that I am not going to use. I would like to sell them together unless someone comes forward for a single.

I no longer need them. Sold the host I was going to use the 45 on and the 9 was a bogo. These are brand new, never transferred to an individual. Still on form 3s and ready to go to your dealer! These do NOT come with a piston from the factory.

These are out of stock on Silencer Shop and I think listed at $526 each. I'll beat that if I can sell this asap. These are priced UNDER DEALER.

I'm quite afraid that may be the case; kinda figured it about 4-5 months ago when I discovered the ATF had gotten involved with "his" FFL/SOT...

Never hurts to ask though.

Your cans may be tied up in legal jumbo. May have to contact the BATFags

Contact your local office and if you have his sot information they can get you in contact with the case agent. If you have a bill of sale they could transfer those to you if they were confiscated. Same issue happened here with a local shop, actually the atf was quite helpful to obtain the devices.

Have also tried that route. Hoping that something comes through, but nothing so far...they did confirm that the 2 serial#s do show in the inventory for South Sound Guns...the "FFL" in question...

Pretty sure he was affiliated with the shop in some fashiom when the ATF came into the picture. Shop not answering calls now either...

Just asking but if you can show ownership (a receipt or bill of sale) why not ask atf to do the transfer. They really were very helpful in the matter I spoke about.
