A buddy in high school bought a ‘79(I think) Camaro with a 3 speed like the top left pattern. Of course before school we were tearing around some roads just outside of town in it. His other car was something with a down-and-right reverse. He decided to do a burnout at a stop sign but got so excited he forgot the new pattern. Once the tires hooked up we started going backwards really fast… That was funProbably depends on the car/transmission.
One I recall having it was off to the left and up, parallel more or less with first.
