I doubt that. The Russians made many blunders early on trying to fight maneuver warfare, which they are clearly bad at.
Once they stopped attacking (and loosing) and started shelling the tide turned in their direction. It looks to me like the Russians were trying to avoid a meat grinder, but in the end that was the winning strategy for them, especially having used up so many of their regular forces initially.
It's was, is, and will be a shit show. Between Zelinsky and Putin I don't see it ending any time soon. I feel very sorry for the yellow and blue Russians, less so for the red kind, but it ain't our problem.

Russia extracts raw materials and sells them on the market, and is already leveraged with pipelines to supply some of China’s insatiable demand for oil/NG, but not aerospace systems, precursor chemicals for plastics, machinery, agriculture, soy, grains, resins, synthetics, pharmaceuticals, waste & scrap, Navigational/measuring/medical/control instruments, etc.
Imagine China’s airline industry without the US, or their food, medical, electronics, transportation, manufacturing, etc. Russia is in no place to fill the demand on any of these multi-billion dollar industries.
Russia is extremely poor and backwards in modern technology advances, and lacks the infrastructure to make any of this stuff.

* Shifts reliance from any of these minerals currently being exported by China and other bad actors
* Will act as a platform from which to grow the Ukrainian economy without interference from within by Russian plants, so Ukraine could potentially rise like Poland did out of the Soviet ashes.
* Opens up the oil fields in Kharkiv and off Odessa’s coast to Ukrainian extraction and feeding into Europe, without needing Russia.
