Anyone know what the correct screw part number and size is for an M40A1 scope base is? I know they are 6-48 slot screws but finding the ones with correct head size to fill up the recessed hole in the mount is proving to be impossible to find. Any help would be appreciated. Looks like the majority of the 6-48 fillister style screws have a .200” diameter head on them. Looks like I’m needing some a hair bigger. Trying to get the last small pieces for my a1 build so I can have it put together.
