Gunsmithing 260 Rem "BDL style bottom metal ?"

Does anyone feed their 260 with Remington BDL style bottom metal? I have just got through with my rifle and was planning on loading ammo at 2.800" (sammi spec) oal. Had specced a reamer with PTG to minimize my freebore and 2.800 will not feed! Had to take oal to 2.778" to make feed dependably. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas what I can change out to make it feed at a oal of 2.810? Does anyone make a custom bx that will work. Action is a Stiller Tac-30. Not set up for Wyatts xtended bx or AW mags either. Any ideas?

Machine the reciever to fit Wyatt Box.

To run the Wyatt's you will have to do some work to the action. It's minor and your smith could do it really easy. This will allow you to run them a lot longer and feed good.
