As seen in a previous post by PCR. PCR did the Cerakote, install PGW embedded front rail, install Badger M5 bottom metal, and gave it new bedding. Excellent workmanship and top notch service! Thanks Brad and Keith!

Here's a couple they built for us. Inleted and bedded the stocks, and put extra work in getting the Atlasworx DBMs going. Also had the bolt knobs done. Pay no attention to the finish on my rifle, they had to remove a bit of tan Krylon just to get the thing in the stock.

We're using a lot of Brux and Rock barrels. Every thing is shooting very well.

Savages and FNs we dont see a benefit to true. We guarantee half MOA or better without the truing of those actions(Savage, FN, Winchester)

Keith, I've been in talks with brad. I have my Winchester model 70 coming yall way for a full build. Im excited to have the Winchester built.
One question. What are the differences of the Remington and Winchester actions that makes the Winchester not need trueing?

Winchesters seem to have better receiver faces, raceways, and threads.
Remingtons are just so damn easy to true and so in need of it..

Here is a very nice 260Rem that was just finished up.
I can not stress enough how much nicer aftermarket actions are than Remingtons. Surgeon, Defiance, BadgerM2008, and Stiller are what we use most.
Surgeon 591s are a dream to barrel. Surgeon RSR actions do not have an integral rail and lug but are great actions and should be strongly considered if you don't already have an action.
Anyways, here's the 260...

And on the flip side of that, I don't ever suggest a "Sniper fill" stock. They aren't any stronger to my knowledge, just heavier. If you want a heavier gun leave some more barrel on it.

Might be "stiffer" but they crack easier from what I've seen.
I was told not to use them with big Magnums because of cracking. And that they should always be bedded for added strength.
They are not as strong as standard fill from what I have seen. Maybe more rigid, but not stronger.

When we screw the knob on tight, it still requires a decent amount of hand sanding to blend it this well.
All knob installs other than Remingtons get screwed + epoxied. So it will not unscrew.
After Cerakote these installs will look SWEET.

The stock on the rifle is a Mcmillan HTG. Great stocks. Over half the rifles we work on use Mcmillan HTG or A5 stocks. Those are our two favorite stocks.
Bedding is $200. Im not sure we can bed a Cooper52. I havent done one and would want to look at one first. If youre still interested give us a call.

For anyone that has all or most of their own parts, we can have rifles built in about 2 months right now.

Upgraded our Cerakote-line filter system....
An oven is being made for us right now. If everything goes as planned we'll be using H series soon.
We're dedicating a lot of energy and resources into Cerakote.

That's a pretty impressive filter. I wouldn't think moisture would be such an issue in Arizona. Here on the coast we need very little to keep our air dry and clean.

We def fight water in our lines. After every day the tank is drained and water comes out the bottom.

We drain our 80 gal tank about once every six months and see about 1-2 cups of water. My big seperator on the wall gets drained at the same time and I bet it doesn't get a mouthfull of water. When we blast or spray color we have a dedicated hose and use a glass globe seperator with a blue paper towel in it for a final filter and even turned up we show no trace of contaminates. I do like the looks of that high tech filter system. You can't be too clean. Keep up the good work.

New here to the site, and interested in re-building my mostly stock Remington 700 in .300RUM.
I know this is a tactical site, and most of your rifle builds are tatical rifles, but wondering if you build hunting rifles?
It shoots a measly 1.25 MOA right now, with handloads, factory ammo is about 1.5+ MOA. I have only used it on two hunts for that reason. It is a hard-hitting round, but accuracy is not it's strong suit right now. I am looking to remedy that with Phoenix Custom Rifle's help. I am hoping to keep the action/bolt, and that is about it.
I am happy to see a local company producing high quality work and in a reasonable timeframe. My last build (.25-06 Ack Imp on a Rem 700 action-similar build to what I want again) took about 6 months to get back, but accuracy was worth the wait. Now, if I could get drawn for antelope, I would be a happy man. I built that rifle 10 years ago in anticipation of that hunt...which I am still waiting for.
