just picked up my scope friday, will be purchasing my gorp license next week so i can head down to the range to get some long overdue time in. Took about 4 months to complete but it was worth the wait.

Rem 700 5r mil-spec SS .308
vortex viper 6x-24x-50x FFP ebr1-moa
Harris 6-9 inch swivel

My brother thought it be fun to conceal myself, i thought it worked fairly well minus the gun.

The gun was not loaded, safety on with my finger not on the trigger in this photo, incase anyone asks.

hopefully will have some picts from the range soon.

You're gonna have red bugs from your nuts to your arm pits! I hope you had on plenty Permithin or DEET in all that pine straw!

I suggest a triad stock pad to help with a good cheek weld on the stock. The included shims will raise up the comb to a nice level for a natural sight picture.

Here's the 5R my wife uses, except now it has a Badger FTE brake and she has her own atlas.

nice looking gun, yea my next move is going to be a cheek pad, a drop mag, and some shooting.
