Yes, he plead guilty. It may be different in the US military, but in the British forces, normal procedure is for the serviceman to be asked whether he accepts the Commanding/Presiding officers 'award'. For the most part, the answer is usually yes, unless the soldier is either stupid, or completely certain that his conduct was 100% correct.Not sure if the American vote will help or not, but please sign the petition anyway.
