Liberty Arms is getting into some glock modifications, frame lightening, stippleing, etc. What do most of you glock guys like to see, I have a few in stock im gonna play around with on slides, and frames, maybe a few custom compensators that match the slides shape etc. Just looking for some opnions. What cuts and stipple work best on your race guns.

For competition use I'd love to see some thread-on compensators for aftermarket threaded barrels, but if you would make it look like it's just a longer slide that might look pretty cool.

All of my Glocks get the same treatment: trigger job (either 25 cent trigger job, or a Zev trigger), new (often Heinie) sights, and stippling. I do it all myself because it's so easy. I think there's also some solid demand for swapping out various internal parts and adding the larger mag well. I personally don't see the need, but the customer is (almost!) always right.

It also wouldn't hurt to have a steady supply of aftermarket Glock parts on hand. If work is slow, you sell them. If work is brisk, then you tell folks you're only using those parts for custom work your own shop is doing. Either way, you've got business coming in.

"Half moon" cut outs on the side and front of the bottom magwell. Extended slide and mag releases. Aluminum magazine bottoms, usually with lazer etching.

Trigger work like the 25 cent and a new connector. It works good. I have a Vogel trigger in there now from Glocktriggers.com and it's really nice. Sights for sure. I like the Dawson precision black rear and fiber optic front. I don't like stippling so I put some skateboard tape on the grip. I buy a big sheet and cut it myself. I am actually waiting for some recoil rod/spring parts now so I can play a little with them. Also have a Dawson ICE magwell and base plates for 3 gun but them come off for IDPA.

My 34. Got a 35 doing exactly like it.

That is the issue with Slide work, you can't use it for IDPA also. Stipple work is also not allowed. For USPSA these things are great! I like the tree bark type stipple jobs much more than the small dots all over. Better grip also.

I like the ghost rocket 3.5 with a heavier spring that brings it a touch over 4lbs and better sights. I also prefer the devcon texturing over the stippling job, just seems cleaner.

I do my own stippling as well. Here is what I do when I get a new one. An undercut trigger guard, stippling, extended mag release, and new sights. I removed the finger grooves on this one to see if I liked it. So far I do.

Nice setup bro!

My 35 has the ZEV Fulcrum trigger, ZEV magwell, and Tritium Ghost ring sights. Im planning on sending it off for a full stipple, beavertail, and RMR sight mill. Had a KKM barrel that wouldn't feed. And a stainless guide rod that had a catastrophic failure and locked the gun up. had to pop the backplate and gut the pistol to get the slide off....all with a round stuck int he chamber. Wasn't impressed
The sights are getting replaced as well

What extended mag release is that?
