Hornady LNL Auto Charge powder dispenser...keeps running over

MY Hornady LNL auto powder dispenser keeps running over by 0.1-0.3 grains. Can this be fixed?

Didn't used to do it as bad with Varget. But now it does seem like up runs up fast to my powder laod...and then goes over.

Frustrating.

Any help appreciated.

Varget is one of those powder I have given up trying to get a consistent charge from any powder measure. Not even my BR-30 will throw an accurate charge with it due to the Kernal size. I bought a Chargemaster and leave varget in their, and it measures perfectly, of course I have to hand tip every throw. Try a ball powder like 2520 or CFE. My LNL powder measure is always within .1 with ball powders or or small short sticks.

I set the trickler speed to slow, and that helped.

I also have to run the trickler speed on slow.

If the unit dispenses powder too fast on SLOW setting, press and hold MODE
button to begin trickling 0.2 grains sooner. Press and hold MODE again to
increase TRICKLE time in 0.2 grain increments. Press and hold CANCEL to
reset to default settings.

Go over to Hornady's download page for the autocharge, they have some good instructions on how to fine tune the trickling speed to gain more accuracy while not sacrificing as much speed, I did so with mine when it would have trouble overcharging Reloader 17, issue is gone now.
