P.S. Was the pup PO'd at you? How the hell did you get her to growl for the pic? Take away a Yote she was practicing on? LOL

Re: Let's see your NV gear and kill pics

We decided to go out last night for a quick hunt. It was a full moon so it was extremely bright, almost to bright and the temp was 31* so the W-1000 Thermal was rock'n!!! In the field for 5 mins and found a group of 12 pigs. Staying next to the tree line we were able to get within 30 yrds. We pushed it a little far because we got winded and the pigs took off. Using our DBAL D2 and PEQ 15 the 2 of us started thumping pigs. 5 were taken with the IR lasers and 1 was taken at 180 yrds with our ICONS clip-on. Sorry about bad pics, we forgot iPhone adapter again..

Re: Let's see your NV gear and kill pics

Took my bullet hose out tonight. We mowed down many pigs and I made 150 yard laser shot on a coyote.

Re: Let's see your NV gear and kill pics

For thoes of you using lasters. what models do you use and at what distance do you zero? I just picked up a new PEQ-15 and am still saving for a NV unit. (i know cart before the horse) but it was a crazy deal on the peq-15.

Re: Let's see your NV gear and kill pics

I think you will get a few different thoughts on sight in range mainly because the terrain people hunt can be different. 90% of my shooting is 50-100 yards so I sight my lasers in at 75 yards. I have killed hogs 150+ yards no issue.

Awwww! Thanks guys. It's in my blood. What can I say? Sorry, Phil. Don't mean to keep you out all night just too dang long in between hunts that I want to get the most out every hunt I do. One of these days we are going to fill that bed of yours up! :)

Just a few kills with the THORs

Just over 300 kills so far this year and the crops are just now starting to produce.

What do you guys do with all of the pigs you kill? I see some say they eat them but when you kill like a dozen or so what do you do with them all?
