7wsm 162 amax. Surgeon Scalpal. Need a little help on powder

I'm loading for a buddy's rifle and have the 168 and 180 Berger vlds. Also the 162 amax which he wants to shoot most. Powders of choice are h1000, h4831sc, Retumbo , r22, r25, IMR 7828 ssc , IMR 4350, h4350. I'm thinking h4831sc. But I'm new to the 7wsm loading and need a little help on which powder to use. Thanks

I have had very good results with 4831sc or long cut and 162s, but i use a 22.5" barrel. With a longer barrel you may do better with a slowing burning powder.

4831sc with the 162s shoots great out of my 26" WSM.
