Anyone running more than scope on the same rifle? I was considering it for one of mine. I like the idea of having a light and lower mag scope for hunting and something with more mag for target and varmints. If so what type of QD rings/mounts are you running?

Get a good set of rings and a torque wrench.

MWS 16" has a 3-12X S&B w/ Aimpoint T-1 at 1 O'Clock on a Spuhr mount. Not too happy with it because it is bulky.

One of my AI's has a 5-25X S&B w/ Trijicon RMR at 1 O'Clock on a Spuhr mount. I'd like something a little more rugged than the RMR. It can also get washed out by white light. The T-1 is perfect but it really should to be smaller.

Before that ran a Trijicon Red-Dot (forunner to RMR) in a Matt Burkett offset mount that clamped onto 1919 rail on a 18" AR with a Short Dot. The mount puts the red dot sight at 2 o'clock.

Most of my hunting rifles run Talley detachable steels with the exception of one and it has a Murphy Precision 1913 rail and 34mm rings. I'm an aircraft tech so I use a torque wrench on everything. I was just wondering if anyone else had a setup I haven't seen or particularly bad experience with a certain maker?

I run a short range scope and an aimpoint T1 on my Larue 556. The scope is in an LT104 and the T1 is a Larue high mount. Both are QD. I swap while keeping zero on both all the time.
