i have 19 pages on this thread, all have the same posts. It is like that everywhere there are multiple pages. I cant see anything but white page on Motivational thread. I can't log out at all,i thought that might help to log out and and log back in. thoughts?
Probably need to clear your browser cache/history. That seems to be a universal fix for most of the issues.
Worst case if for some reason that doesn't work, try a different browser. I know that everything works ok with Firefox and also Safari.
The logout function does not work for me in any browser, but it's not like I need to logout really.

How do you turn off the bar under your title? I had mine off but after the "shit box" showed up the turnoff gizo is gone?
Go into your browser setting and kill the history, cookies, cache as it should log you out and clear stuff.
i cannot do anything about pages not loading, and at the top of every page the original post will show up,mthat is by design. You might want to look deeper and you'd realize it's changing pages just adding the Original Post to the top of each page.
the permission errors are far to random, we address one it changes another that we never touched. Next step is to install a bug fix on Monday then see what happens. If that doesn't address it, I am gonna see if I can get vBulletin to look at it.
The upgrade from 4.2 to 5.2 clearly corrupted some things, and we won't be able to address them all. Best case appears to be, making due with the lesser of two evils.

Did all that, plus have mine set to clear everything on shutdown each time. Still no go. No big deal, I'll wait for awhile an see if it shows back up. Thing I did see is some have it an others don't and I also seen my avatar under another member once. When I clicked on his last post in that thread he was showing a different avatar but when I went back to "my posts" it showed mine on him again. Something funny with notifications using Chrome for Mac. I get them fine. It seems like I can dismiss them but they come back when I do a page refresh or move to a different page. Firefox seems to work as expected. I checked this 3 times to make sure it isn't a fluke.
Lowlight. I am not sure when it change but i am now able to post on the px section. It must have been in the last few days.

Chrome seems to be the issue for a lot of the local problems people are experiencing.
If you do not completely delete the cookies and clear the cache, you are not fixing the problem. Clearing it correctly will log you out, if you believe you did it, but you are still logged in, you did not properly clear what I am asking.

If anyone isn"t picking up what Frank is putting down run CCleaner. It's free and a great easy tool. It works and will do what you need. I run Chrome and CCleaner and NO issues. Download the free version, click cancel every time the register box pops up when you're getting ready to run it and you're good. If you need help you can PM me. But it will cost you.

Can not log in on the Forum main page, but can on thread pages?

Can we get and ITrader system backup?? I did a lot of successful business on Scout and the old Hide, this would be an outstanding feature to have again it really helps ease some of the tensions when buying items from individuals on here, and knowing they have an outstanding track record really helps...thanks
Unfortunately there is no iTrader version that is compatible with vBulletin 5 currently. Maybe one day iTrader will have a vB5 version available.

Darn system logs me out now everytime I return to the "forums page" so I have to log back in everytime I want to post to any particular thread or to look at "notifications". It WAS working pretty well, especially after switching to Firefox, but now it's all funky again......

It appears to have been my script blocker, if I "allow all" instead if just Snipershide it works fine. Something in the last update changed the page scripts, but like I say it's working fine now that I allow all.
Could be Co. is just getting to leftish and your the next target of affection. LOL

They changed a bunch of stuff in the last update, it's probably worth a flush, I know it is a lot of flushing but they did an update, big one, the server guys recommended two cookie changes, and we did them twice instead of once.

Mine was doing that too. The bookmark I had saved for the main page was not https. Go to a sub-forum, like the Bear Pit. Then go to the main page from there and create a new bookmark/favorite.

for whatever reason it doesnt let me login for awhile and then will let me in after about 15 tries. it always logs me out of the hid if i close the window and then wont let me in for a while.

I have seen posts about banner ads and such, but I never saw ANY ADS until I blocked my ad blocker (now disabled for da Hide).
Other sites I've visited have a popup to the effect "Hey, we can't stay in biz with your blocker on--please disable." I suggest adding something like that, so that visitors can legitimately support one of the few badass sites on the web.

Having trouble going form page to page in a thread except for the for sale forums. For example I go into the reloading forum and click on a thread with 3. Pages, i can see all of the first page. Click on 2 or the > to jump page, the page number changes but the posts. Are all form the first page.
Also form time to time i can not post on a thread. The box is there but it wont let me click on the box to put the curser to start typing.

I just got a similar report from another member using ipad and iphone. Next page goes nowhere.
Have you tried typing in the page number and then hitting go? Not saying that's a solution. Just trying to help nail down the exact failure.
Also, are you tapping the next page link at the top of the page or the one at the bottom?
Updated original post happens on iPad, Android phone(using chrome) and PC using IE
When I login I get a "system error has occurred" and the dialog box asks me to login with facebook.
Once i get past that box I can still see the site as I am logged in, however If I close that page or open SH in a new tab i have to login again and again and again.
