New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
What's the difference? Why would I need one over the other? I am having a light weight .308 built. Going with the Kahles 624i SKMR3. I figured the 4x4 would be fine for my set up. Just curious as to why 6x6 and especially 6x4. Oh, speaking specifically of Badger Ord.
Because its additional area and thus additional grip. For a light weight build get the 4x4. A 308 wont generate enough thump for me to entertain the idea of larger rings being necessary.
Im sure the 6 screw Badger ring is used for mounting simrad/other night vision. What about the single screw American Rifle Company rings? Call Ted and ask why they are better
I already purchased one locally, but I will be having a .300 Norma or .338 LP built in the near future, so I will keep you in mind. May end up putting the Kahles on new build and irdering a S&B 3-20 Ultra Short for the .308. I'll keep you in mind when I place next order. Thanks.
