Last 'blowout' weekend was twice the price.

Actually, $5k sounds like a pretty good deal for three days of hookers, alcohol, food and recreational pharmaceuticals! Not that the last one interests me. Really or the first one.

But then again... I'm open to new experiences! Though in reality... I'd probably rather spend it on a caribou hunt.
