I’ve searched, and haven’t been able to find much on these. Do any of you have any experience with them? I am considering purchasing one.

Just saw it. I will stick with my bolt action 338lm and add a Barrett 50 down the line instead.

My understanding is the Alexander Arms works, but I am not brave enough to bother.

You want a spring that keeps the firing pin back

Frank you do not seem overly high on any of the semi auto 338's. I have a 338 bolt gun that is a lot of fun to shoot, and had some interest in adding a big bore 338 or 300 Norma to the stable.
