The rifle I picked out on my own. I did tons of research and seems to be one of the best off the shelf rifles you can buy for hunting and fun days at the range. You're jumping feet first! Are you reloading your own ammo? How did you decide on all the pictures items?
None yet. Nothing is here. I ordered 400 rounds of Hornady 140 grainIt will be great to meet people from here and local shooting range so they can show you a few things, what ammo have you used so far ?
1/2”- out of a gas gun. Good choiceNone yet. Nothing is here. I ordered 400 rounds of Hornady 140 grain
Probably will return it. Just seemed good to have. Why the lead sled? You also needed a boat anchor? Your harris is sufficient.
I wasnt trying to imply any disrespect, I am just trying to save you money and time spent finding out how your gun shoots in a lead sled when that time can be better used learning how to shoot the rifle in more practical situations and get practice with the fundamentals, npa, loading bipod, proper body position, etc. Unless you plan to always use a lead sled then my comment can be ignored.Probably will return it. Just seemed good to have.
Shopping for them as we speak. Also ordered this combo to help with windNot for nuthin there is another thread wherein someone asked something to the effect of what is the single best piece of gear? Lots of folks replied that it was a spotting scope. Learning to read the wind is what going to be the hardest thing.......somewhere in you plans at some point, add a decent spotting scope.
