I sense that publicly traded companies are about to leave California or a lot of plastic surgeons are going to make some good money soon.

That's actually a great point because it provides a way to tear the entire SJW structure to the ground...
Either the "woman" quota can be filled by some of the male board members simply stating that they identify as a female and asking to be referred to by feminine pronouns (regardless of dress), OR they say it has to be a biological woman... and all hell breaks loose as their entire movement suddenly collapses in on itself like a black hole.

Wait till someone self identifies as a gay, disabled, female, veteran, but who in reality isn't entitled to any of those things. A healthy high school male says he self identifies as a young female so he can shower with the girls after gym class...

The one I'm waiting for is for someone to self identify as a disabled senior citizen so they can claim disability and social security payments when they are a healthy, able to work 25 year old. One way or another, this whole "self identity" stuff will implode upon itself as people begin to use it against the SJW types and manipulate it to ridiculous ends.

Inclusion is just another form of descrimination. Up to about six years ago I worked for a very progressive Scandanavian company and it became apparent that white males were no longer going to be candidates for upper management. The best people are not hired, quotas are filled.

So first how in the fuck can the government (state government no less) mandate that? Publicly traded or not.
2nd, I dont know shit about being a female. So i refer all female issues to my wife and daughter. They both agree that this makes women look weak AF. That they could NOT no way no how do it with out help.
