Maggie’s Motivational Pic Thread v2.0 - - New Rules - See Post #1

I'm married to Pam Poovey. God help me. She put me in an arm bar the other day when I grabbed a hot cookie just out of the oven, then she ate it front of me. She insisted on running my chainsaw mill, and did a better job than I ever could. She's away on business in Portland now but of course she called to talk dirty so I would stay awake all night.
Does she fight underground bare knuckles matches?

I hope that they make that officer a medal out of the empty SG casing for completely disregarding their own safety to get close enough to take the shot with 00 buck.
Someone posted a video on here a couple months back of a gang of trigger happy cops who smoked a hostage with pistols. Let’s face it though, statistically speaking they carry very little risk of their own livelihood when it comes to shooting people. That shot was a free roll

The shitbag was holding a gun to the hostages head and the officers disregarded distance and cover and could have very easily taken a round themselves, this wasn't about them accidentally shooting the hostage.

That shitbag had just shot 4 other people, killing his ex-wife's parents. I commend those officers for being aggressive and ending the situation before he had a chance to kill her too.

I misread your post. I do think it was a risky shot regardless
I absolutely agree, the shot was risky AF but not as risky as not doing anything. I had done some really risky (dumb) shit when I worked SAR cases in the USCG, I/we always weighed the risks of acting vs the risks of not acting. Props to the officer, he/she was cool AF taking a head shot with the hostage so close to the target.
