Can anyone that owns and shoots with this scope tell me a few things about it?Eye relief I hear is a problem-how does the glass compare with other top dog scopes such as USO-S&B and the likes-just wanted to know before I buy a US Optics.thanks,

At least 2 people a month ask the same question.

Cliff,

Try entering the following string in the search box...

IOR 3-18x42 FFP

I guarantee you will be reading for a while. Differing points of view, pros and cons, and comparisons to many other major brands.

Enjoy,

I had one and returned it quickly. Lack of depth, very finicky eyebox, reticle has artifacts, very dark above 12x. The IOR 3.5-18x50 was a much better optic. But beware of IOR, they don’t have the best track record for reliability and their resale is horrible. You’d do better with other scopes. Tell us your criteria and we can make some recommendations that are far better.
I didn't know if you noticed, that post was from ten years ago....

What on earth? I guess that's what I get for doing stuff on my phone! I am so embarrassed to have resurrected a 10 year old thread and not only that, an IOR one!
It's okay...they're making a movie about all of us "ten years out of timers"...due out in a couple years.;)
