AR15 SBR build... Need your input/ advice

I'm starting a build with a matched SAI receiver set. I have the SAI tiN BCG, CMC trigger, and 11.75 Warsport barrel.

I am conflicted on what handguard to use. Since the receiver set is billet, I'm concerned that a Geissele would not fit without modification to the antirotation tabs or the receiver itself.

I have been considering an oldschool POF Predator 12SX handguard because of the extended top rail, thinking it would provide the antirotation. But it may be too bulky.

Any ideas?

You're probably right. I do fully expect the billet to be out of spec though. The upper is definitely it's own profile.

On the g rail, filling down the tabs isn’t hard. Just go slow. If you don’t want to, I’d go with a kac urx 4.

OP, try contacting SAI to see if they know - the Geissele is common enough and high end enough that they're likely to know.
