Whiskey 3 Folding Chassis Won't Lock -- Are There Any Adjustments?

I took a class yesterday and after cleaning my rifle this morning realized that my Whiskey 3 folding chassis is not locking into place when unfolded into its shooting position. The locking latch on the folding part of the stock is not coming up fully to engage with the front part of the stock to lock it into place, and I can then fold the stock just by applying sideways pressure, without having to depress the latch's lock. I've check all the surfaces for obstructions and cleaned them also. I don't see anything obvious as far as an adjustment goes for how the latch engages. I've attached a picture of the latch's position when the stock is in shooting position.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

Just a quick followup. I e-mailed KRG and they got back to me within a few hours, and that was on a Sunday. Great customer service! They gave me something to try, but it did not work. Chassis is going back to Brownells since it is less than a week old and probably came out of the box that way. I think the chassis is great, but I'm also drawn to the Manners PRS2, that and Brownells does not have another chassis in stock, and will be using this opportunity to switch.

No need to send it to Brownells, we'll send a shipping label and take care of it. If there is a problem with it, we'll see it anyway. The procedure described in the email is how you adjust it, with the possible additional step of loosening that button head screw seen in your pic below the grey latch.

So I tried adjusting again and loosening the screw below the latch. Don't know what I did different, but everything is working just fine now. Thanks again for the great support, especially getting back to me on a Sunday!

Now for the dileama. Thinking the W3 was going back I started thinking about a Manners PRS2 instead. I lined up a Manners to use for this weekends match. Now I have to decide if I stick with the W3 or not....

Do what your heart truly desires. Keep both. You know you want to. ;)

Decided to stick with the Whiskey 3. Biggest reason I was interested in the PRS2 was the sloped butt stock. Did not realize I could get a sloped bag rider for the Whiskey 3. Once I get that I think the KRG will be just about perfect for me and my needs.
