a lot less work to walk next door, kick in the door, and punch the neighbor in the face imo. More fun too.
Good chance that your neighbor has unshielded chinese shit. If you're already that dedicated, the better solution is to hook a linear amp up to a radio transmitter (CB, AM....you have some choices). With the right antenna and some guesswork, you can play your own music through their system or worse, depending on how much you hate them.
It's more fun to pull the disconnect on their a/c system and let them suffer a bit first.
I had a loud neighbor in college, always playing music out loud, i spoke to him a few time but he wouldn't listen. i went ahead and bought some very big speakers and played music even louder can he could. because i knew, he stopped playing loud music.
I will pull a meter first, but after that it's game on. Luckily those days are past I hope, but I'm still up for it if need be.
