300PRC build. Run a bighorn TL3 and like it.

Should I go with Remington, another bighorn, etc.?

Don’t care about weight. Will be a prone ELR rig. Don’t care about bolt throw degrees. Just want a nice smooth action.
Thanks in advance.

I'm planning on an ARC Archimedes or Mausingfield.

Leaning to the Archimedes I can't decide on the 300 PRC or Norma Magnum. The Norma bolt head is supposed to be out next year on the Archimedes, but available for the Mausingfield now.

Defiance Deviant Tactical Long Action (7mm RM), left hand. It's my first build, so can't compare it to anything else, but I'm sure not sorry I bought it.

They are all good. Just pick one you can get ahold of. As a fellow lefty, that can be the biggest problem. Defiance, big horn, I think impact has a long action coming out, not a big Ted fan(a.r.c.) but his stuff is nice, if you ever get it. About any of the big aftermarket company's make a good straight action.

Hell, I think the elr record just got broke with a stock savage 338, that should tell you how important all this gear queer race that's never ending is. Most people(me included) are limited by ability, knowledge, and most of all, lack of practice, not gear.

Accuracy International has a “factory” LH option with a fold stock that covers the bolt and a RH mag well that allows right handed mag swaps in position.
