She's the new day "Jane Fonda"Rose the revolting. Absolute scumbag. I would love to say that she is far too ignorant and blinded by her hatred of America to realize what she is saying, but she is just a piece of shit who is supporting a terrorist organization.
Iran's pivotal role in Aleppo massacres
Quds Force’ extensive record of assassinations, bombings

American patriots can handle the problem just fine... and would not have to give up bacon, ale or hot-buttered rum!

No need to have a bunch of uulating going on and calls to prayer five times a day. My neighbors are annoying enough as they are!

It's been like 36 hours and WWIII has not started yet...the Dems must be so disappointed.
Iran must be thinking, maybe we underestimated this guy Trump.

Sometimes I think these 3 letter agencies need to be moved, and distributed across the US for some reality check, and to get them out of the DC cesspool.
Move the CIA to Wyoming, NSA to Nebraska, NGA to Utah and the FBI to Alabama.
Maybe some "fly over country" common sense environments would sway some of the political cost grabbers to go somewhere else...
Channeling @ArmyJerry (I make the sign of the cross)
Destroy them.
Return to Military Intelligence days.
Take an oath, don a uniform and focus on the external.
Keep spying a mil function controlled by the civil through the CinC,
Have State and local law focus on the internal matters with coordination from mil intel.
It will shatter egos but clear the Republic of a deadly poison.
We have but one mil in (now) 6 branches, we don't need bureaucrat armies operating as unaccountables.
Remember during the height of the campaigns in Iraq when explosively formed penetrators had been decimating American vehicles and their crews, killing hundreds of servicemembers in just one year? This guy had been involved with their production and distribution. Since 2007.

Soleimani's legacy: The gruesome, high-tech IEDs that haunted US troops in Iraq
The targeted killing of Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani the head of Iran's Quds Force refocused attention on Soleimani's legacy in Iraq, where sophisticated weapons and tactics he oversaw menaced U.S. troops for years, leaving a trail of dead and wounded service members.www.stripes.com

Having military Intel support LE doesn't work that well, if at all. Post 9/11 I was a counter-terrorism military advisor (intelligence) to one of the major LE agencies in SOCAL, and it was a nightmare of ignorance and egos (on both sides of the fence).
The LEO's were constantly whining about being the first responders and needing accurate Intel, but were the first to go on TV, spouting classified capabilities. The Intel guys had access to all the details, could see how ignorant the LEO'S were, but because many of them couldn't be granted a clearance (think about that for a second), the Intel guys could not (would not) tell them exactly why they were wrong.
Intel guy (me): No, you need to patrol this slope, here and here, for potential portable SAM threats to aircraft on short and final. They're not doing combat landings (packs cold(heaters off)/decompression at angels 12) right now, so they're vulnerable.
LEO: No, I can accomplish the same thing by patrolling here and here.
Intel guy: No, you don't understand the full threat. You need to patrol here.
LEO: Explain to me why, and what that threat is.
Intel: I can't, you're not cleared for that information.
LEO: So, you don't trust me! It's my ass out there! I deserve to know!
Intel: Yes you do deserve to know, but I still can't tell you, you're not cleared.
LEO: This is bullshit! Fuck you guys, I'll do what I think is right until you prove to me otherwise.
Intel guy: That's your call officer, I'm just here to advise.
LEO: (Stomps off, offended and butthurt)
Intel guy: <shrug> (...if you don't want to listen, and are prepared to lose an A300 full of civilians...I've done my part...sigh..smdh)
Yeah, it doesn't work. Trust me, been there, done that...
That is where the egos need to be holstered.
Without violating posse commitatus we could also have the mil return to its historical role - DEFENDING OUR ACTUAL HOMELAND
Roll back some BRAC, remove our GIs from Europe where they are unwanted and get them patrolling/training on US soil.
When I visit Cape Cod yearly I think about WWII when the beaches I lie beached upon where once the front lines.
For a short time there was a real threat of Nazi submarines dumping saboteurs and critical mil equipment was nearby on the Cape.
The RCA station at Ryders Cove consisted of an antenna aray that captured much of the Nazi sub comm traffic.
Protecting this stuff was probably the rounder draftee/reservist walking what is now the National Seashore with canvas leggings and an 03A3.
As I sit basking watching for Great Whites I think of those guys and what boring duty at the time is now what I pay large amounts of cash to do for vacation.
Why cant our soldiers patrol sensitive areas not only for patrolling training but as eyes and ears to reports to LLEO.
Patrol Able we have intel from a ME source that a cell is trying to take down a jet liner and this is the likely area of operation where Manpads could deploy.
Patrol Able plans a patrol giving Cpl Jones much needed leadership skills and in the process of conducting his patrol locates two middle eastern guys with binos surveying his AO. Cpl Jones identifies the two and radios LLEO who than arrive and begin their investigation.
Get the mil back in the business of protecting this country locally.
Side benefit it would give the otherwise clueless citizen exposure to and appreciation of Cpl Jones. Not to mention his bar tab could be better utilized propping up our economy rather than in Germany.
The last time they tried that (JTF-6), Marines (justifiably) shot and killed a kid defending a marijuana field, who took a pot shot at said Marines.
There're good reasons why Rome wouldn't allow Legions in the city. Now the borders? That's a whole 'nother ball of wax, that I think we're agreed on.
I guess we can't blame the Clintons.
Can you imagine the real mil value training experience of being dropped at 6 digit grid A in N Dakota with mission to move by patrol over a one month period to 6 digit grid B arranging all resupply and maintaining comms?
Fuck the kid that shot at the Marines. Glad they returned fire with the capabilities passed down by Charles Whitman and Lee Harvey.
You PMIs train well.......
Or the little %$#r from the Clinton administration and Obama Administration was trying to warn his buddy....This was mentioned upthread...but given that this OpEd was posted mere hours before the RPA attack, this dude was either channeling his inner Tom Clancy with amazingly coincidental timing OR....

Next time Kerry is out on his tax evading sailboat (manufactured out of country despite worthy hull makers in his local) some boomer aught to torpedo it.
I find it more coincidental that the Trump administration finally cleared out (fired) the Obama holdovers in the White House the week before he lowered the boom.
Teheran used to be very welcoming and western.
Shit Kabul at one time was almost mid 20th century.
