A weight of 8 lb 11 oz can be achieved with the optional steel rail and by adding additional weights. The action

Is any stock eligible for the group buy if it is ordered in one of the new colors?

Whats the weight of the MCS-TCS without any of weights? It's a tossup between the TCS and a T4A Team cut for a full bull barrel and an Impact action.

Unrelated question, do you make a mini-chassis for the Defiance XM length actions?

I think you'll be in the 4.5-5 lb range for the stock. We don't make a chassis for that action at this time.

Stupid question: is full payment due up front, or do we make a deposit with the remainder due when the stock is ready to ship?

Can a rear flush cup be added to the pistol stock? If so, where is the best location to attach a sling? Thanks!

Hi basher, no deposit, payment due the day it ships, once you order, the office will send out a confirmation email along with a build number. Once the stock hits final finish the will send out a email. It usually about 2 to 3 weeks to go thru the finish room. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you

On my xp100s and custom Wichita single shot hunting pistols I’ve done over the years, I run the flush cup on the bottom of the grip. I got GAP spinning up a new barreled action in 6gt for one of the new stocks, I Think I’m going to try and run the cup on flat at the rear of the stock, behind the tang and see how it feels. Thank you

....alright, I just couldn’t resist any longer..email sent with order form. @tmanners any idea on an ETA when these might ship ?

what is the option called for a fixed raised cheekpiece? looks like a sheet of carbon raised up off the buttstock.
It is called the CS-light weight cheek. It is has a very basic adjustment for elevation, only adds about 2 ounces to the stock. Can be added to the CS, CS2, EH1, EH5, t5, t2 and T4 stocks. Thank you

Hi Tom, What is the price for that option? In looking at the online configurator, is it the "Adjustable Cheek Spacer" for the $129.00?

Yes that is correct, I should have made it more clear. On the stock builder the office has it as the adjustable stock spacer.

The group buy orders will all go throug the system on the attached form, if guys have trouble down loading just call or email office, they will send you one.
Thank you guys,

Is there a confirmation email sent once the order form is sent? Just wanting to make sure it was received before the deadline.

no confirmation sent until orders are entered. At that time, if you don't get anything, you can contact them. I bet if you can show proof you initially mailed it during the timeframe that they'll work with you. Manners Customer Service is top notch!

I believe they will enter the orders after the 31st and send out confirmations then. The wait begins...took about 9 months last year and will probably be longer this year with the Chinese Flu involved...

After years of saying I wanted to join in on an SH/Manners group buy, I finally did! Shot an email over with my order form a little bit ago. Now to wait 9-12mos for this corona crap to blow over and my stock to get built! :)

I was hoping that i was still able since orders arent going in till the 31st.
you can always try and ask. Just keep in mind they're be within the rights to decline since the terms did say the 27th, so don't have an expectation of anything.

From the original post.

A little disappointed in this in a couple ways. One I didn’t see this until tonight and I ordered a stock last week. Second it says for Remington actions or clones only so I would be out anyway since mine is for a Tikka build. So I guess if you prefer tikka you are not eligible for the group buy and discount.

Sorry, that sucks you missed it. From some above comments though, apparently the group buy also applied if you bought a stock in one of the new finishes. So, you would not have been excluded if you prefer Tikka. But if you didn't like the High Plains or Tommy Bahama finish then yes, you would have not been eligible with a Tikka stock.
