For the most tender cat you've ever tasted use a Ninja Foodi.

- One cat, 2-3lbs
- One white onion, chopped fine
- One green pepper, chopped coarse
- One teaspoon garlic powder or three cloves, crushed
- One teaspoon sea salt
- Two or three bay leaves
- Three cups chicken broth

Add two lbs vegetables of choice, pressure cook on high setting for 10 minutes. Natural pressure release for three minutes before venting. Let stand for five minutes and serve.

Skin may be removed depending on personal taste.

I don’t ever want to criticize anyone’s cooking but please permit me to make a little suggestion.

Everything tastes better with lots of Tobasco, Habanero or Frank’s Red Hot sauce.

This is true unless you are smothering your entree with bearnaise sauce.

If you ever consider serving up a delicious serving of simmering cat chili please think about adding 4 tablespoons of worstershire sauce and 4 tablespoons of brown sugar for every quart of your favorite recipe. Your family and friends will be begging for 2nd and 3rd helpings.

Don’t forget to have lots of sour cream, chives and nacho chips on hand.

On the other hand, nothing beats the simple pleasure of a backyard barbecue. Instead of barbecue sauce, consider drizzling a generous amount of ranch dressing on the meat as you would barbecue sauce.

Cook the meat as you usually would, cut into strips and serve over a bowl of romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes and Vandallia onions sprinkled with Gorgonzola cheese.

Be prepared for the rest of the neighborhood to invite themselves to your outdoor festivities.

I ended up selling mine. I'm short, but the ergos and vibrations combined with age started to make my hands go numb about 15 min in and it just wasn't fun any more. I did get to take it around COA, where it was very obvious how underpowered an air cooled engine is. I topped out at 135. I had that CBR F2 with black and red graphics.
Oh, mine was the liquid cooled S4R with the 996 engine. I think it dyno'd at 110 to 120 tuned. My 02 Speed Triple is tuned at about 117 I think. I look like a gorilla on a mini-bike on pretty much any sport bike.
