Meat prep requires a Stetson in honor of VeerG perhaps.

I definetly think Veer wants you to wear your white 20s gangster hat.

That's actually a pretty cool cowboy hat.

Ordered it in 1988 from "The Mans Hat Shop" which IIRC is in Albuquerque.

I was working at the US Mission in Geneva.

Geneva actually had a western shop "Cowboy Kurts" but his hat styles were pretty Swiss conservative.

I wanted something with total curled brim, pinch front, thick leather band and hat string so it would stay on when skiing.

No "Gangsta" in that hat but probably what they built "Gangsta" hats from when the horsemen went to the city.

@sirhrmechanic needs to raid the place with his artillery and take the cask house as a prize of war.
I know the owner and he is a douche-bag among douche-bags.

There are many good VT liquors... and I give them as gifts often. I would not touch this guy's stuff with a 10 foot pole. Don't care how good people say it is.

Send me some from the good guys so I know who they are and I won't buy any more from the vag flush man.

Bring a mask and pack a lunch my dipshit gov won't un quarantine Neil he is the last man standing.
I won't wear a %$#ing mask unless I am robbing some place... and my idea of packing a lunch is getting Hooters Carryout... which I am happy to bring. You're somewhere near Leominster, right?

Take me to your gunshop honey hole and I won't charge you for the hooch!

What the nomenclature on this hat, pleez sir ? 1902?

Was the one just before the 1911.

I bought that one on a trip to Gettysburg at "Dirty Billy's Hat Shop"

I think it's his replica of a Rough Riders hat.

There are no side vents. I opted to wear the EGA up front, later style, as in a famous picture of LeJeune, Butler and other Marines larking about.

Last I looked place may be out of business but if I was buying again check out Prairie Flower Leather Company.

There are other great early hat builders out there too.

Thanks, Miller Hats are pretty good. The Miller WW1 infantry high montana peak is pretty good. Barely can tell it from a 1911.

    1889 Spanish American war
    1902 intermediate
    1911 Campaign
    are the three most seen.

Got my Stetson 1911 hat on EBay last year when I was recovering from appendicitus.

I was on lock down for a month recovering and it coincided with accompanying the kids to the pool every day.

Came with an Army officer hat band that I sent off to @buffalowinter . Poor guy could have been a Marine but went SF.

The hat strap was burned through with vertigras so Prairie Flower Leather built me a new one.

I wear my campaigns with fucked up brims. Might as well make them useful for the weather.

Flat brims are dumb as shit as they drain water toward whatever you look at.

I wear a campaign at work.

The one I have now has an attitude. It's been in the press for 6 months yet as soon as it came out it curled fore and aft.

    Looks cocky as fuck.

My co workers look at me like "Dude, what the fuck! Square that shit away!" But I love it.

What's the sense of putting a cover on that as soon as you look down to write fowls your work?
