Can't open drawer's without opening the doors? A lesser man could make a funny outta this, but not me, nope, ain't gonna do it. :cool: Anyhow, that doesn't make any sense, does it? Did you know this when you bought it?

Maybe it's a child proof setting and you can change it.

Not sure how many others enjoyed that celebratory dinner but I am thinking that they just may ensure all future deliveries are duly delayed from here on out - if that kind of grub is the result!

Thanks Brother Washingtonian!! Here's the rest of the story. It was a family of 3 Hispanics that delivered this for Innovel Solutions, since they suck ass. It was the Father, Son and Daughter. The Daughter was the main English speaker of the 3. As they arrived my Wife was just finishing off a big pan of Steak Chahan from a couple low end Ribeye's we had in the 'old' fridge. 😏 We had to take our front door off as they took the drawers off the new fridge. That's when one of the doors opened and out came one of the trays that got chipped. It was late, what? around 1800 or so? Anyhow, they still had one more item to drop off on the Oregon side before heading all the way back to Portland. So we gave them each some bottled water and scooped all 3 of them up a bowl of Steak Chahan to get them down the road a bit. They deserved more than deserved it and it made us feel good to do it. Especially since they're out there busting there ass ALL DAY to scratch a living and servicing an area Costco's piece of shit shipping company, Innovel Solutions, wouldn't. Morale of the story? Fuck Costco and Fuck their Shipper Innovel Soloutions. 😂:cool:

And then the reasonable "Florida Man" comes up with a possible winner!!!! That very well may be Mike. Great idea. Kinda like rear passenger doors in some rigs that have a little switch you can push/pull to activate the feature. (y)

For the money I don’t think cod can be beat.
Been looking at booking a charter trip out of Westport for cod and rock fish.
Had some Ling Cod the last time I was in Seattle. Pretty good fresh fish. I really enjoy Halibut (especially the way you do it @1J04), but Chilean Sea Bass is still a step above that, prepared in a similar fashion IMO. Being in the middle of the continent doesn't bode well for fresh ocean fish for us, so most of what we get is frozen. Your favorite store (Costco) has frozen packages of Chilean Sea Bass or Halibut that is my only option when I hit the big city for resupply. Gonna give @powderhound's recipe a go tomorrow. I have a burner on my grill to do a quick flash fry at 1200 degrees that will be perfect for the initial crust.
 
Uh oh. I dunno how I'm gonna play this off since the Boss will be home before me. If my shipping woes hadn't multiplied this wouldn't have been an issue. Oh ! I know. It's a couple cases of .22 blanks for the concrete nailer! Duh!🤣

You ever seen a pic of a lingcod ? Took me years before I'd actually try it, 'cause I knew what they looked like.

But, Halibut isn't the prettiest of fish either. Just something I had to overcome.

I will have to look into that fish. And I've ALWAYS wanted one of those searing burners on a grill or smoker!!!! I'd use the shit outta it and probably destroy it within a year or two. Appreciate the heads up Brother! (y)

Trackhoe? I've got a lightly used one for sale (buyer must load). Cobia in this part of the world is often called ling or ling cod. Another great tasting fish.

LMAO That's looking vaguely familiar because I gotta guy behind my House right now with his Shovel in a bit of a mess. It's not as bad as full blown winter wet, but it's still wet down there. Hence why I'll never have to worry about someone building directly below me.

I was talking about fridge drawers. Wasn't even thinking about freezer. From what I could tell your fridge drawers look same as mine - 2 regular type drawers w/ thin, wide single drawer beneath.

I've just got single freezer drawer. Also got the tap on glass right front fridge door so you can see inside - totally useless but it was on sale.
