I just purchased a magnetospeed T1000 G2 Target Hit Indicator and am having some issues. The unit was purchased brand new. I unboxed it and followed the directions for initial start up. The unit does flash the startup sequence when the batteries are installed. I downloaded the app so we could change the sensitivity as this will be used for 22LR at extended ranges (200y and beyond). The unit is not recognizing the download tones and therefore I am unable to change the sensitivity. I did change the batteries just to be sure those weren't causing the issue. Any suggestions?

Have you tried contacting Magnetospeed? They have great customer service and probably know better than rando's on the internet.
I have a message into them and waiting to hear back. Was just curious in the meantime if anyone had any quick tips.
