Tried one out from StealthGear and didn't love it. Looking for alternatives.

Specifically for an HK VP9sk, but interested in hearing reviews even for brands that don't cover HK.

I carry Appendix and all my guns wear High Noon now. Best damn holsters on the planet - Customer Support is the best I have ever seen. Their cheapo leather holsters are fabulous as well....I own a dozen of them. My Wife even uses them.

Tried a bunch of holsters and won't buy anything other than High Noon now....

T.Rex Arms is my go-to when I carry my G19. I know he makes many of the holsters for other sidearms. Definitely check it out.

G code incog is great AIWB for kydex, but I don’t like kydex for AIWB for anything bigger than about a G43 in thickness. I EDC my USP9c in a desantis nemesis or remora. They’re a lot more comfortable with a thicker gun and you can carry with gun shorts and stuff easily that doesn’t use a belt.

I carry a Sig 365XL and use either Vedder or CrossBreed. Excellent products and excellent service.

if it will hold a mini version of a person it will hold a gun lol

There are a lot of people that claim they make AIWB holsters... but a lot of it is shit that isn’t actually purpose built for appendix carry. I’d suggest referring to JM Custom Kydex. Unless you’re the type of person that likes to throw money away and bang your head against the wall for a while first.

I’m happy with both of my Stealthgear IWB appendix holsters.
CZ P-01 and P-07.

I use one from Harry's holsters. I'm not a big guy but it allows me to carry a CZ p 01 omega even in summer clothes. Tucks the grip in really well.

Gcode don’t get the fancy model with two clips makes it super uncomfortable. At least for me the gun being able to move or pivot on the one clip when I sit in my truck helps.

Vedder lightuck as been serving me well with my g26. It has a 'claw' that pulls it in closer to the body for more concealment.

T.Rex Arms sidecar for a CZ P10-C and T.Rex Arms Raptor for G43. Both very comfortable and don't notice the difference in carrying, even with the size difference.

LOOKING Bigtime this very minute for new IWB holster, ( G26) as my KingTuk that I carried 10+ years and molded to the body perfect. finally went south with the Kydex cracking .

I've got a tier1 agis for vp9sk with streamlight tlr-7a. Super comfortable and i can almost conceal with just a t-shirt even being only 5'5" 145

I use a Vedder Lighttuck with claw attachment and a foam wedge for appendix carry, when I'm skinny enough to accomplish it. When I'm not, it's a Clinger single clip IWB at the 4 o'clock position.

My carry piece is an M&P 2.0 Compact in 9mm.

i bought a Vedder. Then I bought another one. Then a buddy bought one. I bought a non-Vedder. Now I am thinking of buying a Vedder to replace it.

Short version: buy a Vedder.

Vedder Lighttuck w Claw for M&P Shield. Super comfortable. Best concealment I’ve ever had.

Currently using a QVO More Discreet. Having previously used Trex Arms, I think the QVO is a more refined version of the same concept.

My personal favorite so far is my 2 clip Beacon from TxC Holsters for my G19 with Inforce ALPc.

I like some of my Alpha Concealment kydex holsters but as someone who has over a dozen appendix holsters for different rigs, I'm not truly "happy" with any of them. As of now I tend to lean towards more minimalist designs with a wing, two straps/hooks and quality construction. So many people make kydex now and just because they have a big name or sponsor some social media all-stars doesn't make their kydex the be all end all.

Not one Sparks or Rosen even mentioned???

My favorite Appendix Carry is the Plastic Cooks Holster IWB. I put mine under a Maxpedition Phone Pouch for extra hiding power.

But I do indeed love the Simply Rugged Defcon 3 Leather Holster. Wonderful leatherwork. Very simple and very rugged. It can be carried in two or three different ways.

All is good if you keep a good gun with you, that is well practiced in both live and dry fire...

Garret Silent Thunder for smaller simple pistols and JM CustomKyder wing claw for larger with a light

Have tried a few and thought the leather would be the most comfortable but in the end the G Code Phenom is my daily driver

I have a few from both, but for a constant on/off holster that will be abused, I do prefer kydex. My go-to are Tier1s for appendix carry, very well made, great features, low profile, very tough.

For IWB hip carry, Milt Sparks Executive Companion, all the way.
