Just getting going on my eventual “get it done” truck... 1952 Power Wagon

The possibilities...after another 900 hours..

My first truck ever, at 16 years old after many many many bails of hay put up for every farmer around...1950 Ford F1, 351 Cleveland with Windsor heads. Just got it drivable and headed of for the military. Eventually just called the old man and had him sell it. ‘52 power wagon was my wife’s gift 30 years later to set it right!

Had to take the same dorky pic with same hat!

Freiburg / Black Forest.

One of the 91 gargoyles at the Muenster in Freiburg.
There´s a legend, that the stonemasons where pissed of, because the wages were often cut or came to late.
So they built this gargoyle there, which targets the bishopric on the other side of the plaza.

The building began around 1200 and ended 1513 AD.
So it took well over 300 years to finish it.

Actually the building has never stopped, because there are repairs constantly, and about ten stonemasons work there fulltime.

It is close to my hometown.
